Shipping Policy

99% of AbyssWares items are exclusive made-on-demand pieces, meaning they don't exist in the world until you order them! This means they take a little longer to arrive because they're being created just for you, then shipped—sometimes many miles to reach you.

Please check size charts carefully before ordering. Return shipping for sizing mistakes is your responsibility, so take a moment to review the measurements on each listing to ensure the best fit.

When to Expect Your Order: Based on 3 years of my shipping data tracking over 1,000 orders, the average delivery time from order date to your door is 16 days. My printers usually take between 5-10 days to create your order, then depending on where you are, it takes between 2-4 weeks to ship to you. For remote locations, it can be up to 30 days.

Shipping Guarantee: If you haven't received your order within 60 days of your order date, please contact me and I will issue a refund or send a replacement. I want to make sure you get your cool items and are happy with them!
