Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your AbyssWares purchase! If something isn't quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

How Returns Work

To start a return or exchange, please email me at abysswares@gmail.com with your order number and purchase date. I'll provide instructions and the return address.

Return Requirements

Your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition with tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

When I Cover Return Shipping (Domestic Orders Only)

If something is seriously wrong with your order—the item is more than 5cm (2 inches) off the listed size chart, has holes, stains, rips, or the wrong item was sent—I will make it right. Please send me photos or video of the issue to abysswares@gmail.com. For domestic US orders, I will provide a prepaid USPS shipping label so you can return the item. Once I verify the return is on its way back, I'll process your refund or exchange right away.

International Orders with Issues

If you're an international customer and received an item with a serious defect or error (as described above), please email me photos or video of the issue. Due to the high cost of international return shipping, you may keep the item and I will send you a replacement or process your refund. I take quality seriously and share these photos with my manufacturers to prevent future issues.

Important Note for International & Remote Location Customers

Return shipping from international locations, Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories can be quite expensive. Before deciding to return an item, I recommend calculating the cost by entering the return address into your local postal service's shipping calculator:

Refunds

Once I receive and inspect your return, I'll notify you whether your refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since I approved your return, please contact me at abysswares@gmail.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification. Your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
